Availability of Prospectus: Prospectus containing Admission Application Form and detailed information about the above courses mentioned below ‘A’ can be obtained from the Institute Counter from 8th July, 2011 onwards on payment of Rs 120/- in cash or by sending Money Order worth Rs 150/- if required by Registered Post in favour of Principal, Govt. Central Craft Institute for Women Sector-11 C, Chandigarh.
The candidates should give her address in capital letters on the back of the Money Order coupon, which will be retained by the institute. Money Order must reach office latest by 22nd July, 2011.
How to Apply: Application Forms, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the Principal latest by 26th July, 2011 by 4.00pm. Incomplete and late application forms shall be summarily rejected and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained.

With the up gradation of the Institute in the Centre of Excellence in IT/BPO Sector by Govt. of India, the admission in the following new short term job oriented computer relate specialized courses based on the latest technology of the world, will be made for 12th Passed candidates on ‘First come first serve’ by the Institute Management Committee (Society) as notified by the Chandigarh Administration. Candidates desirous of seeking Admission will have to purchase a separate Prospectus priced at Rs 120/- on which will be available at the Institute counter from 4th July, 2011 onwards and full-up the Application Form contained therein. The candidates should bring their original Certificates for Counseling on the day of submitting admission application form and after finalization of the admission they will have to deposit the Fees, etc. on the spot. A special Batch for College going students will be arranged after 3.00 pm so that they could join these course after their College leaching work is over
