B.D.Sharma, PGIMS Rohtak invites application for admission to Master in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) in the college of pharmacy Pt. B.D.Sharma, PGIMS Rohtak , admission will be made on the basis of the counseling . Eligibility: To apply for PGIMS Rohtak Master in Pharmacy Admission 2011candidate must attain the age of minimum 21 years on 31.12. 2011 must have Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry candidates). Admission is strictly open for the candidates who have valid GPAT score.

How to Apply: To apply for PGIMS Rohtak Master in Pharmacy Admission 2011 prospectus cum application form can be purchased from Controller of Finance, University of Health Science, Rohtak/ HDFC Bank near D-Park Rohtak on payment of Rs.500 (Rs.125 for SC/ST categories). Candidates can also request for the same by post also please send the demand draft of Rs.550 (Rs.175 for SC/ST categories) to Controller of Finance, University of Health Science, Rohtak on or before 23/08/2011 drawn in favour of Controller of Finance, University of Health Science, Rohtak payable at S.B.I Medical College Rohtak.

Availability of Application Forms: Application form for PGIMS Rohtak Master in Pharmacy Admission 2011 can be downloaded from the university website http://uhsr.ac.in/ in that case please send the demand draft of Rs.500 (Rs.125 for SC/ST categories) to Controller of Finance, University of Health Science, Rohtak.

Last Date: Last date to apply for PGIMS Rohtak Master in Pharmacy Admission 2011 is 23/08/2011 (Tuesday) upto 5:00pm

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of the Merit list of candidates prepared on the basis of valid GPAT 2011 score only.
