Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to the M.Ed. regular course e in the following affiliated colleges of Education for the academic session 2011-12. Details are given below.

2. Shah Satnamji College of Education, Sirsa
3. Defence College of Education, Tohana (Fatehabad)
4. Guru Dronacharya College of Education, Vill. Bhuna (Fatehabad)
5. Surya College of Education, Village-Baliala, Tohana (Fatehabad)

Basis of Admission: The admission to M. Ed. Course will be made strictly on the basis of merit of Entrance Test only and no other weightage will be given. In case two or more candidates in the merit list have equal marks, the marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be taken into consideration. In case there is still a tie, the candidate senior in age will be considered first.

Availability of Application Form: Prospectus containing the relevant information including Application Form, eligibility conditions, admission criteria, date of counseling, number of seats in the affiliated colleges, etc. can be obtained from the office of the Dean of Colleges (Colleges Branch), Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125055 at counter on payment of Rs.600/- (Rs.150/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana only). It can also be obtained through post by sending a crossed Demand Draft of s.650/- (Rs.200/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana only) in favour of Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa, payable at Sirsa.

Prospectus will also be available on the sale counter from 9th September, 2011. Application Form and other details are also available on the University Website www.cdlu.in. Candidates who will submit the downloaded Application Form, must attach a Bank draft of Rs. 600/- (Rs.150/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana only) in favour of Registrar, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa, payable at Sirsa.

Last Date: Last date for receipt of Application Form complete in all respects in the office of the Dean of Colleges, (Colleges Branch) 2nd Floor Vivekanand Library, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125055, is 22.09.2011 upto 5:00 p.m.

Note: Candidates appearing in qualifying examination can also apply. However, they will have to submit their result upto the time of counseling.
