University Institute of Engineering & Technology, Maharshi Dayanand Universtiy, Rohtak invites applications on prescribed format against vacant/leftover seats for admission to B.Tech 1st year ECE, CSE, ME, Biotech, Civil and Electrical and 2nd year LEET and M.Tech.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply upto 14.9.2011 and report for physical counseling as per schedule at 10.00 a.m. in Room No.317 of Mechanical Block of UIET.

Availability of Application Forms: Application forms can be downloaded from the University Website mdurohtak.ac.in. A candidates should deposit duly filled application form with demand draft of Rs.500/- in favour of Finance Officer, M.D. University, Rohtak OR cash with the University Cashier. Candidate who have already applied for physical counseling for 11.08.2011 and deposited application fee of Rs.500/- need not apply again and may directly report for physical counseling along with proof of depositing the application fee,etc.

Basis of Admission: Admissions will be made on the basis of inter-se merit of AIEEE-2011 and LEET 2011. Vacant seats in B.Tech Biotech shall be filled from amongst the candidates who have passed Biology at 10+2 level if AIEEE passed candidates are not available.

Fee Details: Admitted candidates will be required to deposit one semester fee of Rs.32,525/- +Rs.800/- & Rs. 37525/- + 800/- as Examination fee for B.Tech & M.Tech respectively on the spot alongwith required original documents with 2 sets of attested copies.

Note: The exact status of leftover/vacant seats(B.Tech 1st Sem) will be displayed on UIET office/notice-board on 16.09.2011 at 10.00 A.M

• Physical Counseling for M.Tech: 14.09.2011
• Physical Counseling for LEET candidates: 15.09.2011
• First Physical Counseling B.Tech 1st Sem. upto AIEEE Rank 2.5 lac 16.09.2011
• Second Physical Counseling above AIEEE Rank 2.5 lac 17.09.2011 (if seats remained vacant)
• Third Physical Counseling, if required 30.9.2011
