CBSE Mulls To Take CTET 2012 Examination Online

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is now planning to take Central Teachers Eligibility Test 2012 (CTET 2012) Online. After taking AIEEE 2011 this year, both by online and offline, and observing the success of Online Examination, CBSE has decided to conduct Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2012 (CTET 2012) examination Online in year 2012. As per CBSE officials Online CTET Exam will be operated with help of Private Computer Data Managing Firms / Agencies / Companies. At now board using online application system for professional examinations.

CTET 2012 Online examination structure has now been prepared by the board and CBSE has now invited Tenders from Computer Agencies on or before 21st October, 2011 for this task. AIEEE exam will take place between May 26 to June 7, 2012. The CTET 2012 online examination has been planned in January and June 2012. CTET will be hold be by the CBSE twice in a year and it is expected that 1st CTET 2012 to be held on January 29, 2012. Last time in CTET 2011 which was held on June 26, 2011, nearly 8 million (lac) candidates had applied.

CTET is now compulsory for joining any Government School or Government ruling/funding school as a Teacher. CBSE wants more and more applications for CTET 2012 examination and also AIEEE examination, so that CBSE has introduced Online Examination System to convince more and more candidates for CTET 2012 examination. AIEEE and CTET exam will be held in 22 cities in all over the country at various centers.
