The First Convocation of the University will be held at 10.30 A.M. on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at the University premises. Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, Hon’ble Union Minister of Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, Government of India will be the Chief Guest and deliver the Convocation Address. Shri Jagannath Pahadia, His Excellency, Hon’ble Governor of Haryana and Chancellor of the University, has kindly consented to preside over the Ceremony.
Degrees will be awarded to those who have completed their B. Tech./M. Tech./MBA/M.A./ M.Sc./M.Arch. from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal, Sonepat (Haryana) on or before 31.10.2011. Recipients may apply in prescribed registration form which may be downloaded from the university website www.dcrustm.org or collected from the Examination Branch. The form duly filled in has to be submitted by 15th November, 2011 along with Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Registrar, DCRUST, Murthal payable at Sonepat to Assistant Registrar (Results). Candidates will have to attend a rehearsal on 23rd November, 2011 at 14.00 hours. Only those candidates shall be allowed to receive degrees at the convocation who attend the rehearsal programme & get registered themselves.
