State Transport, Haryana has issued the first counseling Schedule of candidates declared successful by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula for the post of Conductor (Haryana Roadways) shall be held from 2^nd to 4^th April, 2012 at Sir Chhotu Ram Stadium, Sonipat Road, Rohtak toallocate the depot for posting in various districts. The detailed schedule of the counselling is as under:-

The selected candidates are informed that only first 1788 candidates in the merit list are invited in this round of counselling as per the above programme. The candidates having result withheld and kept in waiting list are not considered. Rest of the candidates (from merit No.1903 onwards) will be invited later in the second round through a separate public notice and individual intimation.

The complete merit list of the result declared by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula is available at the website of the department i.e. www.hartrans.gov.in. All the candidates may take a note of their merit number from the website. An individual counselling notice is also being sent alongwith the counselling form through registered post to all the candidates from merit No.1 to merit No.1902. They are requested to fill up the counselling form complete in all respects, indicating their preferences for the depot. It is mandatory to fill up all the preferences. Incomplete form will not be entertained and is liable to be rejected. The filled up form must reach (through registered/speed post) before 26th March, 2012 upto 5:00 PM at the following address:-

The first 1788 candidates in the merit list are requested to attend this counselling in the order of merit on their scheduled counselling day. In case of failure to appear for counselling, you shall be given place of posting as per your rank in the merit list and the vacancies available.

NOTE: All the first 1788 candidates in the merit list are requested to attend the counselling as per the above programme from 2nd to 4th April, 2012 at 09:00 AM sharp.
