The semester exams to be conducted by the Haryana Board of School Education will commence tomorrow at 1,591 examination centres under the strict surveillance of 251 flying squads, said DK Behra, secretary of the board. Behra said 7,69,697 candidates would take the examinations.
Behra said five control rooms had been established at Rohtak, Gurgaon, Fatehabad, Kurukshetra and the board headquarters here. Officers appointed at these control rooms would send daily reports to the board headquarters after every examination. Prohibitory orders under Section 144,CrPC, would be imposed within 200 metres of the centres
